Terms & Conditions
 This event is hosted by Project 2 at Merry Hill, Dudley.
By booking tickets for Goo HQ, you agree to the following:
1. Booking Requirements: To book, attendees must provide:
  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Post code

2. While tickets are free, booking is advised as spaces are limited. Once you have made a
booking, it is possible to move your session to a different time/ date, subject to availability.
Please ensure you select the correct date and time before confirming your booking to
avoid disappointment.


3. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to ensure you have time to check in ahead of
your booked session time. This is to ensure the experiences runs smoothly for all
participants. If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to move you onto the next available
session, but this cannot be guaranteed.

4. Children 16 years and under must always be accompanied by a responsible adult,
parent or guardian at all times throughout the experience.

5. This is a standing experience, and materials or ingredients may occasionally spill onto the
floor, creating potentially slippery surfaces. By taking part, you acknowledge that participation
is at your own risk and Project 2 and Merry Hill will not be held responsible for any accidents
or injuries that may occur as a result of the activity.

6. While our slime ingredients are child-safe and non-toxic, they may cause discomfort if they
come into contact with eyes or open wounds. Project 2 and Merry Hill cannot accept liability
for any reactions or injuries.

7. Aprons are provided, but children should wear clothing and footwear suitable for messy play.
Goo can be easily removed from clothing if soaked in vinegar for 10 minutes and then placed
in the wash. Project 2 and Merry Hill are not liable for damage to clothing or personal
property.

8. All personal items are brought at your own risk. There are cubbies available to leave
personal items during the experience, however Project 2 and Merry Hill accept no
responsibility for loss, theft or damage.

9. Photography is permitted, but please be mindful of other guests’ privacy.

10. Photography & Videography: photos and videos will be captured during the event for
promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image
and likeness in promotional materials, including social media, websites and printed
publications. If you have any concerns, please speak to a member of the event team on
arrival.

11. Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. The
organiser reserves the right to remove any individual who disrupts the event.

12. Changes to the Event: The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the schedule,
content or location of the event. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket
holders in advance.

13. Accessibility: The experience is wheelchair accessible. Please contact us is advance if you
have specific access needs.
