Terms & Conditions – Fashion & Beauty Event at Merry Hill
1. Event Overview
This event is hosted by Project 2 at Merry Hill Shopping Centre, Dudley and consists of fashion and beauty shows on 10th & 11th October 2025.
2. Ticket Types & Inclusions
• Front Row Fashion & Beauty Show Tickets (£5): Includes a front row seat, a £5 Merry Hill gift card, a glass of non-alcoholic fizz, and a goody bag.
2. Show Times
• Fashion & Beauty Shows: 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2:30pm, 3:30pm
• Front Row Fashion & Beauty Show Tickets are limited to 20 per fashion show
Walk-up spaces are available on the day.
3. Booking Requirements
To book, attendees must provide:
• Full name
• Email address
• Payment details (processed securely via Stripe)
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and refunded in full.
5. Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, content, or location of the event. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders in advance.
6. Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, models, and other guests. The organiser reserves the right to remove any individual who disrupts the event.
7. Photography & Videography
Please note that photos and videos will be captured during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions and attending the event, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in any promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed publications. If you have any concerns, please speak to a member of the event team on arrival.
