- Booking Requirements: To book, attendees must provide:
- Full name
- Email address
- Payment details (processed securely via Stripe)
- While tickets are generally non-transferable, we may be able to move your session up to 48 hours before your booking, subject to availability. Please ensure you select the correct date and time before confirming your booking.
- We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to begin your magical journey on time. If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to welcome you aboard-provided it doesn’t disturb the experience for other passengers.
- Children must be accompanied by a paying responsible adult, parent or guardian at all times.
- Carer tickets are only valid when accompanying a guest with additional needs and must be supported by valid ID (see below).
- Carer’s Allowance Award Letter
- Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or PIP Letter
- Attendance Allowance Letter
- Blue Badge (if accompanying the badge holder)
- National Carers Card
- Letter from a GP or healthcare professional confirming carer status
- Local authority or carer organisation ID
- Gifts from Santa cannot be exchanged.
- Photography is permitted, but please be mindful of other guests’ privacy.
- Photography & Videography: Photos and videos will be captured during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in promotional materials, including social media, websites, and printed publications. If you have concerns, please speak to a member of the event team on arrival.
- Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and other guests. The organiser reserves the right to remove any individual who disrupts the event.
- Changes to the Event: The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, content, or location of the event. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders in advance.
- Accessibility: The experience is wheelchair accessible. Please contact us in advance if you have specific access needs.
